All our builders are very competitive. They  each carry different series of homes that offer different features and floorplans.  

Many of the factories are based near Reading, PA. Some come from western Pa such as Lewistown or Clarion, PA.

We do have a couple factories in NY now that we purchase from too. 

We are comforable delivering and servicing homes with in 80 miles or 1.5 hours away. We may consider a little further if roads are good.
